25-26 May 2024 - Matemáticas na Raia
Since 2015, I co-organise, on behalf of APM (Associação de Professores de Matemática), the Matemáticas na Raia contest and weekend open to basic and secondry schools in Galicia and North Portugal. Our partner on the Galicia side is AGAPEMA (Asociación Galega do Profesorado de Educación Matemática). The 2023 edition took place in Tui, and the 2024 edition took place in Esposende, last May.

Presence at EIEM 2022 (Encontro de Investigação em Educação Matemática ), where I coordinated a discussion group on Desenvolvimento curricular e os materiais e outros recursos and presented an interinstitutional collaboration in task design in the context of pre-service teachers.
2022 and 2023 - Support Guinea-Bissau curricular reform
Along 2022 and 2023 I supported Guinea-Bissau in the Participation in the Curriculum Reform of Basic Education in Guinea-Bissau (Accelerated Education programme) as a member of the team that prepared the Mathematics Program of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd phase for the Ministry of Education in 2022.

July 2022 - Mission to Guinea-Bissau
I was involved in the desing of mathematics textbooks and corresponding teacher guides for the 1st and 2nd phase of the “Accelerated Education” programme in Guinea Bissau. The image is from a trainning session during my mission last June.

Coordinate two on-line curricular units (Aprofundamento em Números e Regularidades para o Ensino Básico and Aprofundamento em Geometria e Medida para o Ensino Básico , in the context of cooperation project funded by Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation in the 5 PALOP countries.
