  • Understand the technological evolution of telecommunications infrastructures;
  • Discuss the use of technologies in different scenarios of network interconnection;
  • Master the principles underlying multiplexing and switching to support different network services;

Theoretical

  • Theoretical (T) - 60% of the final grade
  • Minimum grade: 8.0 (0-20 points)

Pratical

  • Theoretical-Practical (TPs) - 40% of the final grade
  • Practical work during TPs, to be carried out (mainly) during classes
  • Minimum grade: 8.0 (0-20 points)
  • Work in a team with 3 or 4 members

Final Grade (FG)

  • FG = T * 0.6 + TP * 0.4
